Gold Medal Great Taste Awards

Fusco Foods is delighted to announce that we have been awarded Gold Medals by the UK trade association the Guild of Fine Foods; 2010 (Pecan Pie 2 stars), 2011 (Raspberry & Hazelnut Roulade 1 star) & 2012 (Raspberry Panna Cotta, Lemon Roulade & Banoffee Roulade 1 star). We have yet more good news on the awards front to announce as we have won a Blas na hÉireann (Taste of Ireland) Gold Medal award for our Belgian Chocolate Ganache Cake, this product is currently available in Tesco & Superquinn stores throughout Ireland.

The vast majority of products featured within this website are frozen. All frozen products are labelled with full defrost and storage instructions. Attention to these details will maximise quality and presentation of the product concerned.

Reliable Packaging

The Fusco Foods range is packaged to enable all product reach the end user in the best possible condition. Packaging consists of durable cardboard cases with all products being supported by collars and sealed with plastic packaging.

Portion Control

Fusco Foods has British Retail Consortium certificication for the production or our entire bakery range.
