The vast majority of products featured within this website are frozen. All frozen products are labelled with full defrost and storage instructions. Attention to these details will maximise quality and presentation of the product concerned.
Reliable Packaging
The Fusco Foods range is packaged to enable all product reach the end user in the best possible condition. Packaging consists of durable cardboard cases with all products being supported by collars and sealed with plastic packaging.
Portion Control
With portion control being critical to the end users overall return, the vast majority of the Fusco Foods range is pre-sliced or in the form of individual desserts. If you have requirements that differ from what you observe within the website please do not hesitate to contact us.
Where to Buy
Food service and retail options are available from distributors throughout Ireland and the UK, we also supply private label products to the Dutch, French, Spanish and Australian markets, please contact us to ascertain which option is most appropriate for you and your requirements.
Certification
Since December 2020 Fusco Foods has operated 2 sites AA BRC certified sites for categories 10 and 14 (ready to eat desserts and bakery). Fusco Foods’ supply chain is audited with regard to the use of sustainable palm oil RSPO as well as RFA certification for chocolate and coffee use. The Sandyford site continues to make all food service and retail cake offerings as well as the ambient meringue. Whilst all meringue dessert options are made from the (gluten free) Kilcoole site.
